The VOICE of JESUS will speak to you in your greatest seasons of obedience.
- Jesus did provide a substitute for Issac that day.
- Abraham didn’t have details, but he trusted GOD to work it out.
Sometimes God speaks to us clearly.
- His Voice: 2 Timothy 3:16-17 —All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
- Clarity: Love the Lord God, love neighbor as yourself, love enemies, forgive one another.
- When we do: James 1:22 Do not merely listen to the word, and deceive yourselves, do what it says.
Sometimes God guides us quietly.
- Romans 8:14 —For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.
- Prayer, message, conviction, worship song, conversation.
Sometimes God grows us silently.
- Season of silence often requires a repenting heart.
- When we are experiencing silence, we may need to change direction.
God sent HIS son, His only Son, to carry the wood (Cross) up this same hill (The Lords Mountain) and this time JESUS was our substitute, our sin, our disobedience was delt with by His sacrifice.
The greatest faith test you will ever take is saying; “Here I am” to JESUS.
