The Bridge South is having a Meats & Sweets Cook Off - Bake Off Competition on Sunday, April 14!
All Chefs, Bakers, and Grillers are invited to enter the competition with your favorite flavor bursting dish, rub, or something new you want to try. We’ll have 3 categories: Meats, Entrees and Desserts, and you can enter 1, 2, or all 3 categories. Your “ready to eat dishes” need to be turned in at 4:45 p.m.
Everyone else is welcome to come to The Bridge South for a family meal from 5:00-6:30 p.m. You get to be the judges by sampling and scoring the entries to determine a winner from each category.
