Everyone is welcome to attend Treats at the Tower on Thursday, October 27 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Muensterberg Plaza and Clock Tower in Berne. Several Churches, Businesses and Organizations in Berne have partnered together to provide FREE family-friendly, safe Trick-or-Treating, Carnival Games, Food and more! Candy Donations for the event are being collected at The Bridge South.
